First impressions of Portugal

Dear friends and family,

We arrived safely and are absolutely loving Portugal. You know when things just feel right? That has been our experience of Lisbon, Sintra and the Alentejo Coast so far. Today is our first day in an eco-hotel in the middle of agricultural land near the Atlantic – a well-deserved day of forced relaxation time before feeling like old folk at tomorrow’s music festival featuring Jamiroquai.

In the meantime, here are the first three days, in pictures. Miss you all!

  2. Fantastic photos… looks like you’ve arrived in paradise! Enjoy your stay in this beautiful country! Not sure if you’re going to Spain, but when we walked the Camino we passed through Melide, and stopped at one of the best restaurants for octopus, Pulperia Exequiel! I can still taste it, and thoroughly understand your passion for it!
